Chinese Canadian actor and director with an MFA in Film Production and a BA in Criminology from Simon Fraser University. I am the founder of Midtwenties, an independent theatre and film company through which I have produced short films and stage productions, including Above the Hospital (2026), This Is Our Youth (2017), and Fassbinder’s The Bitter Tears of Petra Von Kant (2018). My films Persephone Mara (2024) and Daughters and Sons (2025) have premiered internationally on Film Shortage and TUBI, and as an actor, I appeared in Netflix’s live-action Death Note (2017) and star as the lead character Zane in Macy Murdoch, a tween-tv show spin off of the famous Murdoch Mysteries, with Season 3 just wrapped and set to premiere in 2027 on Netflix and CBC Gem.
